These beautiful Black Ceramic Rings are fantastic to show off some of the most vibrant and reflective stones..... Opals ..... While they look at their best with Opal inlays, they can also be inlaid with Silver or Gold Leaf or Strand, or Shell, as well as containing the Memorial Ashes of a loved relative or pet. Please be aware that Opal can vary slightly in respect of the ‘flashes’ of colour that are seen and can be predominantly green or sometimes stronger pinks, yellows and blues although this doesn’t alter the fundamental brilliance of the main colour.
Ceramic is extremely strong being an amalgam of Titanium and Carbon with a hardness of 9-9.5 and a melting point of 3,160 °C. This is a 100% natural, organic and non-metallic substance that gets heated to extreme temperatures in order to create what we know as ceramic. With this in mind it is vital that your correct ring size is determined when ordering as these cannot be altered in any way to increase or decrease in size.
1: Please choose your size, (choose your usual normal ring size, (I will select the next size up for you as the width is 6mm, please choose your usual, normal size and make your purchase. 2: Choose your Inlay Material: Opal, Shell, Metal, with Ashes or Without Ashes. 3: Chose your colour by writing your colour choice in the text box provided. There is a colour option list for each material in the photographs. There is a slight limitation on sizes outside the normal range so please check available sizes on the very last photo.
If you would like just a 'Hint of Colour' just write exactly that in the text box. If you choose to have this ring with ashes, when you have placed your order you will receive a message with the address to send your Ashes, it only requires a small amount, about a teaspoon, and the best way to send them.
Due to the very personal nature of this item, it is individually made specifically for you with respect and care. The lead time for these ceramic rings is a little longer than for silver rings and could be 10 days from the time of your order to dispatch (although it is often quicker than this).
Please be aware that individual uncoloured ashes are like fingerprints and will vary slightly in colour. PLEASE STATE if you require just a ‘Hint of Colour.' (There are one or two 'Hints of Colour' shown in the other adverts'). Please note that the prices listed are based on the inlays offered.

Care Guidelines : The inlay will be coated with a hard protective resin coat and additional wax finish so that the top surface of silver will not tarnish so quickly, so please do not try to clean that before it needs it. Avoid strong solvents on the ring surface such as nail varnish remover.
A wax based furniture type polish can be used to revive the shine. Things such as gardening, car maintenance etc are not recommended while wearing. You will receive Care Guidelines with your ring. The last photo is a ring size guide
