This piece was made for a family member. The rest of the family had rings, necklace etc, but for a younger person into cars I was asked if I could make a piston as a ‘remembrance necklace’. Very enjoyable to make working out the dimensions and how to make it as ‘real’ as possible in Sterling Silver throughout. Quite a chunky piece as pistons inevitably are and provided a lively solid masculine piece.
